After the oral judgment passed on 01.12.2017 in C.W.J.C. No. 633 of 2017, the petitioner has been posted and thereafter he was paid regular salary, even the period during which the petitioner was put under suspension salary has been paid.

The only grievance of the petitioner is non-payment of salary from March 2010 to November, 2011.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer

Patna High Court CWJC No.4989 of 2018(3) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 (Establishment), Lakhisarai to verify the record and on verification if it is found that the petitioner has worked during the aforesaid period, the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Lakhisarai shall ensure payment to the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
