This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Araria (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 57 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354-A, 354-C, 506, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 67(A) of I.T. Act. The petitioner is the husband of the informant. There are series of litigation between the parties. A divorce case is also pending between the parties.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44827 of 2021(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Araria (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 57 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
