The petitioner seeks bail in Goh P.S. Case No.115 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioner was apprehended with the pick up van and on search, 1350 litres of liquor was recovered from the pick up van.

Taking into consideration the facts that huge quantity of liquor, weighing about 1350 litres of liquor, was recovered from the pick up van, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to hold the trial on day to day basis and conclude the same within four months. If the trial is not concluded within four months, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Saurabh/- U T
