The petitioner has prayed for appropriate direction to the authorities of the Nagar Parishad, Siwan to allow him construct the shop on the land allotted to him. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Nagar Parishad, Siwan and in paragraph 5 of the counter affidavit it is specifically stated that the Nagar Parishad never restrained the petitioner to construct the shop or boundary on the land.
In view of the stand taken by the Nagar Parishad in the counter affidavit the grievance raised by the petitioner stands redressed and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. (Jyoti Saran, J) SKPathak/- U
