The petitioner seek bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No.24 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that the injuries sustained by the injured persons were all found simple in nature, the petitioner, who is in custody since 22.03.2019, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No.24 of 2019 subject to the following conditions:-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34008 of 2019(2) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 (a) that the petitioner shall attend court in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed, (b) that the petitioner shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of the present case, and (c) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
