The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. On mere suspicion, name of the petitioner figured in the case. Similarly situated co-accused Sachin Kumar Sharma has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 09.03.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Addl. District
