JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 12.08.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21614 of 2020, but due to Covid, the petitioner could not surrender before the court below within time. In the aforesaid circumstance, the petitioner has filed the present modification application for extension of time to surrender before the court below.

Considering the reason assigned in this modification application, the same is allowed. The petitioner is granted 15 days (Fifteen days) further time from the date of communication of this order to surrender before the court below (Additional

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34746 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2021 2/2 Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani). The other part of order dated 12.08.2020 shall remain intact.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in the cause title of the bail petition itself, instead of "District- Madhubani", "District- Samastipur" has been typed.

Let in the cause title of order dated 12.08.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21614 of 2020, "District- Samastipur" be read as "District- Madhubani".
