The petitioner, who is the father-in-law of the deceased, seeks bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 205 of 2020, dated 17.06.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2020. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no specific accusation against him and he has been made accused in this case only because he happens to

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner and his period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 205 of 2020.
