The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 399, 402 of the IPC and under section 25 (1-B) A, 26(2)/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended by the police along with other accused persons and from the possession of petitioner only one mobile was recovered. The petitioner is owner of the aforesaid mobile.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 151/2015.
