This application has been filed for modification of typographical error in the order dated 27.08.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 38446 of 2015 as also correction in the name of father and address of the petitioner.

It is submitted that due to typographical error, name of father of the petitioner has been typed as Jarnath Singh in place of Jagannath Singh and village name has been typed as Bardela Chikri Kamat in place of Bardela Chikni. Similarly in place of P.S. Dhamdaha, it has been typed as Dhamadaha. Let the aforesaid order dated 27.08.2015 be read and corrected accordingly. Order dated 27.08.2015 is modified to this extent only.

This application for modification is allowed accordingly.
