1. Heard the parties.

2. Petitioner had approached this Court for seeking regularization of his services as a Sweeper. However, learned counsel appearing for the University informed that the Principal has terminated his services from 02.01.2019 after the notices were served upon the Principal of the present writ petition.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the action was vindictive and with the purpose to deny the petitioner's regularization of service. While it may be true, this Court would not be able to pass any orders of regularization at this stage as his services has already been

Patna High Court CWJC No.1863 of 2018(6) dt.02-01-2023 2/2 dispensed with. However, the petitioner has a remedy to raise the dispute under the Industrial law.

4. Leaving it open for the petitioner to take up the remedy of raising the dispute before the concerned Labour Court, this writ petition is dismissed.
