The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order of suspension. However, during the pendency of this writ petition, the suspension order of the petitioner has been withdrawn and order of punishment has been passed vide order contained in Memo no.535 dated 24.06.2019. In such view of the mater, this writ petition has now become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is
