2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections Sections 8(b), 18(b), 20(b)(ii) (c) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner, along with other accused persons named in the F.I.R., is alleged to be involved in cultivation of opium in a field.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. No incriminating article has been

Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Rajdeo Singh Bhokta @ Rajdev Singh Bhogta and Haricharan Rakhyasan @ Haricharan Rikiyasan have already been granted bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 24.01.2025 and 30.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 85914 of 2024 and 88304 of 2024 respectively. Petitioners is in custody since 05.03.2025 and he claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the general and omnibus nature of accusation, clean antecedent of the petitioner and period of custody, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-1st Cum Special Judge
