JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-12-2016 Since the petitioner has not been able to make out a prima facie case by bringing any material or guidelines to show that there is a scheme for compassionate appointment in the United India Insurance Company or that the said scheme also talks in terms of compassionate appointment for wards of "part time appointees", which father of the petitioner was, no relief can be given to the petitioner under this head.
So far as other emoluments or entitlement of the petitioner is concerned, petitioner has already set the law in motion by issuing legal notice to the Branch Manager, General Manger and Zonal Manager. Petitioner is free to
