The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 394, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Red Jha. The petitioner was arrested and he is also said to have confessed his guilt and thereafter his name also figured in the confessional statement of co-accused Rajesh Kumar Yadav but save and except confessional statement no further material is collected. The petitioner is in jail since 20.05.2015 but he has not been put on T. I. Parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42289 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in Barari P.S. Case No. 49/ 2015.
