Petitioner seeks bail in Kajra P.S. Case No.31 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 353, 307 Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 16, 17, 18, 20, 23 of the UAP Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation of overt act against the petitioner. He has been named in the written report merely on suspicion. No injury has been caused to any police officer.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted regular bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 06.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1606 of 2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Lakhisarai, in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No.31 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
