The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act, Sections 13/15 of the U.P.A. Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

The petitioner is named in the FIR along with 18 other accused persons and it is alleged that the members of the Maoists have kept the explosives and huge quantity of explosives were recovered.

It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused Arbind Ram, Bhanu Yadav, Bajrangi Thakur @ J.P. Jee, Dinesh Yadav, Sanjay Chero and Mangal Chero @ Sarjug Chero @ Dinesh Chero

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44626 of 2015 (2) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 @ Mangar Chero have already been enlarged on bail. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing and the petitioner is in jail since 08.08.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in Nauhatta P.S.
