JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 Most of the claims under the post retiral dues and head of erstwhile employee in favour of the family including the present petitioner stands authorized. Even the pension and gratuity has been authorized as recent as 28th August, 2017. Petitioner is free to follow up the matter with the concerned Treasury so that the formalities is completed and the amount is credited to the concerned account provided by him.

There seems to be some clerical mistake in the name of the sister of the petitioner. According to the petitioner, her name is Uma Devi and not Usha Devi. He is free to get the necessary correction done by the concerned Circle Officer and furnish it to
