The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 323, 448, 441, 337,/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner had gone outside the State for earning his bread and butter. The proper pairvi was not made by the Pairvikar as a result of which, his bail bonds stood cancelled. The petitioner had no knowledge regarding cancellation of his bail. The petitioner had no intention to evade from the court. The petitioner undertakes that he will cooperate during trial. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Assistant Sessions Judge-Ist, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 277 of 2020.

The petitioner is directed to cooperate in the trial and if he fails to do so, the learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
