JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-11-2016 It is contended that the Encroachment Proceeding No. 04 of 2013-14 was initiated by the Circle Officer, Korha, District Katihar and final order was also passed. Thereafter Sub-Divisional Officer, Katihar had also provided assistance of the District Administration for removal of the encroachment but that has not been done.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with direction to the Circle Officer, Korha to bring the Encroachment Case No. 04 of 2013-14 to its logical conclusion within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

Patna High Court CWJC No.1667 of 2016 dt.30-11-2016 2/2 order in accordance with law.

It is made clear that if the final order has not been modified, altered, or set aside by any competent authority then he would be required to take action in accordance with law after granting reasonable opportunity to all the concerned, including the encroacher.
