Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, he was arrested in another case and some stolen articles of the aforesaid case, were recovered and thereafter, the petitioner was remanded in the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 362 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Manoj Kumar-V, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Patna.
