In this case, petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 16 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 448, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against both petitioners that they had used sharp weapons and caused injury on the head of the victim.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injuries are simple in nature, not serious in nature. Looking to the nature of injury, this Court is not
