JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER 16-12-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case no. 89 of 2019 registered under sections 363, 366A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 8.6.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 2740 of 2020 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completing one year in custody. It is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 8.8.2019.

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33832 of 2020(2) dt.16-12-2020 2/2 taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the liberty granted by the aforesaid order dated 8.6.2020 and the petitioner being in custody since 8.8.2019, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case no. 89 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.
