The name of this petitioner finds place in confessional statement of co-accused and in course of investigation, some witnesses expressed their suspicion against the petitioner on the basis that he was seen wondering in market prior to the alleged occurrence. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nanapur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief
