The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Sanjay Sahni and thereafter the petitioner was remanded in this case and from the possession of the petitioner mobile, arms and ammunition were recovered but no looted article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 09.07.2015 but he has not been put on T. I. Parade. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42279 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Nanapur P.S.
