2. The petitioners seek relief by way of direction to the respondents to absorb the petitioners on Class-IV post on the basis of their working for continuous three years as Instructors under Non Formal Education Programme.

3. Learned counsel for the State prima facie objects and submits that this matter was earlier traveled upto Hon'ble Supreme Court in which there is a direction by Hon'ble Supreme Court that those who moved before a date namely 26.02.2016, their case was directed to be considered. Admittedly, the petitioner has not moved to the Court prior to 26.02.2016 i.e. cut-off date, and therefore, their matter cannot be maintained.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners in response thereof submits that there are other persons who has moved thereafter. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner that after getting any relief to those persons who move before this Court after 26.02.2016, their case shall also be treated on the same line.

5. With the aforesaid observations & directions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
