Petitioner was not found to be having a minimum height of 165 c.m., therefore, was not selected for appointment on the post of a Constable against Advertisement No. 1 of 2014.
Since petitioner did not exhaust the remedy of appeal against such measurement and did not pray for re-measurement before the Board, merely because he has obtained a certificate from some nursing home that he has a height of 165 c.m. that may not be adequate for this Court to direct re-measurement of the petitioner,
Patna High Court CWJC No.14405 of 2015 dt.03-11-2015 2/2 especially when the process of selection and appointment have already been completed and the candidates have joined already.
Writ application has no merit, it is dismissed. (Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J.) U SKM/-
