Heard the parties.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,324,379,308 of I.P.C. Allegation against the petitioner is to have assaulted to the father of the informant on his head with Lathi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2020 having no criminal antecedent. The trial is already going on and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34250 of 2020(2) dt.05-01-2021 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with C.I.S. 70/2020/S.Tr.No.70 of 2020 arising out of Murar Police Station Case No.07 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
