This is an admitted position that BTPDS (Control) Order provides for revision against the order of the Appellate Authority which the petitioner has not availed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to prefer revision petition before the Revisional Authority.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is permitted to be withdrawn and stands disposed of accordingly with a liberty to the petitioner to prefer revision petition before the appropriate Authority.
