JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2016 The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide Cr.Misc.No.26212 of 2015 dated 16.07.2015 with the condition that the petitioner shall deposit 20 per cent of Rs.32,78,785.00 within a period of six months. The present application has been filed for seeking an extension of another two months so that the petitioner may deposit the entire amount.

The said period of six months is extended by another two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and the petitioner within the said period shall deposit entire 20 per cent of Rs.32,78,785.00.

With the aforesaid modification as indicated above, the present application is allowed in connection with Baroon P.S.Case No.57 of 2015 pending in the Court of CJM, Aurangabad. (Sudhir Singh, J) B.Kr./- U T
