JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is case and counter case between the parties and in the present case, all the injured, except injured, Md. Noorshad, sustained simple injuries. So far as injured, Md. Noorshad is concerned, he sustained altogether four injuries out of which one injury that is on right dorsal aspect of palm was found grievous in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43266 of 2015 (2) dt.21-09-2015 2/2 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 248 of 2014.
