Mr. Ranjay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, argues that the petitioner as an Anganwari Sevika has been discharging her duties regularly since 25.6.1985 and although she has been paid her remuneration until April, 2013 but since after May, 2013 her salary has been stopped for unknown reasons. It is submitted that even the representation of the petitioner has gone in vain and thus the present writ petition. A counter affidavit is filed and Mr. Arvind Kumar Sinha, learned AC to SC-14, in reference to paragraph 13 of the counter affidavit has submitted that the District Programme Officer has directed the Child Development Project Officer to make

Patna High Court CWJC No.307 of 2016 (2) dt.02-02-2018 admissible payment to the petitioner until she has discharged duties of Anganwari Sevika. However, the details of the directions are not present.

In the circumstances discussed where no order has been enclosed by the respondent Child Development Project Officer to whom direction has been issued by the District Programme Officer for making payment and since he himself admits to such a direction given by the District Programme Officer, the Child Development Project Officer is directed to abide by the same and make admissible payments to the petitioner as Anganwari Sevika within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is allowed with the directions aforementioned.
