JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to prosecution case, the alleged occurrence took place while petitioner was watching a mango orchard and submissions on behalf of the petitioner is that a quarrel had taken place between the parties as victim was unauthorisedly picking mango from the above stated orchard and when petitioner forbade her to do so and made complain to her family members, the informant being annoyed with the said complain lodged this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
