====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-04-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 213 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added. Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the deceased.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.07.2020. He further submits that the nature of injury alleged is simple in nature. He further submits that similarly circumstanced so-accused Shlok Yadav @ Slok Prasad has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. Case No. 213 of 2019.
