The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case no. 196/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 20, 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

50gm of ganja is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner while he had gone to meet one of his brother at the gate of jail. The petitioner is in jail since 09.08.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Munger, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 196/2015.
