JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-06-2019 The short prayer made by the petitioner is to direct the respondents to provide final mark-sheet and certificate of annual secondary school examination held in the year, 2017 with the compartmental examination, 2018 (February-March), by making correction to the extent that the phrase 'ex-student' be not depicted therein.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, the petitioner is given liberty to file a representation regarding his aforesaid grievances and the concerned authority is directed to dispose of the same within a specified time frame.
Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file a representation within a period of four weeks from today before
Patna High Court CWJC No.11720 of 2019(2) dt.17-06-2019 2/2 the Respondent No. 2 and the Respondent No. 2 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter, failing which the said authority shall be visited with penal consequences.
