The petitioner seeks bail in Durgawati P.S. Case no. 85/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that Anil Pandey fired which hit Tabrej Khan on his right thigh. Ramakant Pandey fired which hit on Gulrej Khan on his right thigh. The petitioner Sunil Pandey fired but the informant got providential escape. The firing made by the petitioner did not hit anyone. The petitioner is in jail for a month.

No.43345 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case no. 85/2015.
