JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 223 of 2013, disclosing offences under Sections 366A/34 of IPC.
In this case there is allegation of kidnapping of the daughter of informant.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there was love affair between the parties and moreover, the parties does not want to pursue the matter, as the dispute has been settled between the parties, which will appear from the Annexure 3 of this application.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Alauli P.S.
