2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have fired upon the informant from his pistol, however; the informant did not sustain any fire-arm injury.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case by the informant due to petty dispute. No case under Section 307 of the I.P.C. is made out against this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36485 of 2023(3) dt.21-08-2023 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 181 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
