Petitioners happen to be in-laws of the deceased. The marriage of the deceased was solemnized with co-accused Mumtaz Alam on 13.5.2015 as prior to the aforesaid marriage co-accused Mumtaz Alam and the deceased were caught in objectionable condition and due to intervention of the villagers, aforesaid marriage was solemnized. Subsequently, deceased was found dead in her matrimonial home.

Informant claimed that petitioners were demanding illegal dowry and also subjected the deceased into cruelty. Post mortem report of the deceased reveals that cause of her death was strangulation but no any other injury was found on her person.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42243 of 2015 (3) dt.10-11-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in Nasriganj P.S. Case no. 81/2015.
