1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner admittedly was terminated from services on 14th June, 2013, whereafter she has not challenged her termination order for a long period of five years before the District Appellate Authority or before the State Appellate Authority.

3. The delay in filing of the petition, against the termination order passed way back in the year 2013 is fatal specially, when the appointment was for subject to verification of the qualification and the termination order has been passed

Patna High Court CWJC No.2718 of 2018(5) dt.11-07-2022 2/2 based on the fact that the qualification obtained from Hindi Sanskrit Vidyapith, Bihar was not found to be duly recognized.

4. On account of delay and latches, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
