2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 162 of 2024 instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 329(3), 351(1), 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 lodged on 01.08.2024 by the informant, Md. Afroj.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that on the point of land dispute, the parents as also the informant were assaulted. So far as this petitioner is concerned, allegation is of assaulting the informant causing injury. This led to the FIR.

4. Learned APP has taken this Court to the injury report to show that one of the injury on left hand has been found

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35047 of 2025(4) dt.11-09-2025 2/2 to be grievous in nature.

4. Considering the submissions of the parties as also that the injury has been found to be grievous in nature, this Court is not inclined to extend him the privilege of bail.
