JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated dated 10.12.2021 (Annexure 1). It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that charges have been framed in the case on 15.2.2022 and petitioner is in custody since 6.1.2021.

Considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner and progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Munger in Kharagpur Police Station Case No. 245 of 2020.
