The present writ petition has been preferred that the order of cancellation of bounds of the petitioners as home guards be quashed by a writ of certiorari or by any other appropriate writ or directions directing the respondents by a writ of mandamus to restore/revive their bounds of Home Guards and they be allowed to join their duties as Home Guards.

3. A counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 4 is on record and paragraph 6 onwards details out the fact of the case.

4. From the aforesaid fact, it is clear that no case is made out.
