Petitioner has been made accused in this case on two grounds; firstly, mobile of the petitioner was used in the alleged crime and secondly, petitioner has criminal antecedent and except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Raxaul G.R.P.P.S.Case No. 12 of 2012.
