This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Hajipur Sadar P. S. Case No. 389 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 366A, 315 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before this Court a photo copy of the case diary. An accused is not entitled to get copy of the case diary during the course of investigation of the case. The petitioner has apparently procured the case diary in course of investigation. Considering the above, I am not inclined to entertain this application on the said sole ground. This application for anticipatory bail is, therefore, rejected.
