2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing Advertisement No.01/2018 issued by the Office of the Collectorate, Nawada under the District Programme Department, I.C.D.S. with regard to the selection of Anganbari Sevika Sahaika.
3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the appointment with regard to Advertisement No. 01/2018 has been challenged before this Court. He further submits that the petitioner has challenged the said advertisement directly before this Hon'ble Court instead of challenging the same before the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6594 of 2018(2) dt.04-03-2024 2/2 District Programme Officer or any other higher authority despite the fact that there is a statutory remedy by virtue of Anganwadi Sevika /Sahaika Selection Guideline, 2018.
4. In light of the aforesaid facts, the petitioner has no case. As such, this writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy before the appropriate authority in accordance with the law.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
