In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Goraul (Katahara OP) P.S. Case No.351 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 352, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made that the accused persons including the petitioner armed with deadly weapons like iron rod, chain, revolver came at the door of the informant and looted the articles kept there. They have also assaulted the informant and others, which caused injury to them. The petitioner was alleged to have been armed with firearm and gave

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
