The petitioner seeks bail in Motihari Mahila P.S. Case no. 23/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that in the night of 16.09.2014 the petitioner entered into her house and tried to commit rape with her.

It is submitted that the petitioner happens to be brother-inlaw of the informant. On account of some family dispute this case has been lodged. The petitioner is in jail since 27.07.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43366 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari, in connection with Motihari Mahila P.S. Case no. 23/2014.
