Let the defect(s) be removed within four weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Sessions Trial No.32 of 2022 /405 of 2022 instituted under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

In the F.I.R. there is direct allegation against the petitioner that he opened fire causing the death of the Kunj Bihari Pandey.

Considering the specific allegation that has been made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant him any relief and the bail application is accordingly rejected.
